At Collabr, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and you may need to cancel your order. We are committed to making your refund process easy and seamless. Below, we outline our refund policy and procedures to ensure a hassle-free experience for our users.

When You Can Cancel Your Order?

At Collabr, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that your experience on our platform meets your expectations. Here are the scenarios in which you can cancel your order:

Non-Delivery: If you did not receive your delivery within the specified timeframe, you have the option to cancel your order.

Lack of Communication: If you have not received any response from creators or influencers regarding your project, you may choose to cancel your order.

Dissatisfaction with Creatives: If you are not satisfied with the creatives or reels produced by the creator and they are unwilling to make revisions as proposed, you have the right to cancel the order.

Mutual Agreement: If both parties, the creator or influencer, and yourself, mutually agree to cancel the order, you can proceed with cancellation.

Quality Concerns: If the delivered content does not meet the quality standards or requirements outlined in the project brief, you may cancel the order.

Technical Issues: In the event of technical difficulties or platform-related issues preventing the successful completion of the project, you have the option to cancel the order.

How to Cancel Your Order?

To initiate a cancellation request, simply follow these steps:

Log in to your Collabr account.

Navigate to the Collaboration section.

Select the relevant order that you wish to cancel.

Click on the "Cancel Order" button and follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.

Or, contact our support using dashboard’s support option and chat with one of our support executives to resolve your query.

Once your cancellation request is submitted, our team will review and process it accordingly, ensuring that your refund is processed promptly and efficiently.

When You Will Get the Refund Amount?

You can expect your refund amount to be initiated within 48 hours, with the funds typically reflecting in your bank statement within 2-3 working days thereafter.

When You Cannot Cancel Your Order?

While we strive to accommodate cancellation requests whenever possible, there are certain scenarios where cancellation may not be feasible. Please note the following situations in which you may not be able to cancel your order:

Collaboration Marked as Completed: Once a collaboration is marked as completed by both parties – the creator or influencer and yourself – the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Delivery as Per Your Requirement: If the delivery meets the requirements outlined in the project brief and is completed according to your specifications, cancellation may not be possible.

Change of Mind After Delivery: If the delivery has been completed and meets your requirements, but you no longer wish to proceed with the order, cancellation may not be feasible.

Order Placed by Mistake: In the event of an accidental order placement, if the creator has already completed their work as per the project brief, cancellation may not be an option.
